    From the announced highlights of the JV contract I would say no. We don’t know the specific terms and conditions but my understanding is that AGS’s ACE has a specified time to decide whether to make TyX’s contributions, and if it does cover TYX’s equity share of costs for that quarter, then that’s it .. Correct me anyone please if I’m wrong ..
