There's nothing wrong with looking at the production costs of a project. However, that is not what you are trying to do is it? You're trying to say, CLQ production cost estimate is lower than ARL, therefore ARL is what.... Not going into production? Not going to make any money? Exactly what are you trying to say, bud?
