Gee, look what the price was in October 2016... you know- when they released their PFS.
It had fallen due to the general ruin brought on by GFC related sentiment, nothing at all to do with sector fundamentals- the battery take up was only getting started & the DNC was still sneaking kiddy cobalt out the door with no one raising an eyebrow.
