Clearly the Mkt thought it was not "such great news"...and that is all that counts. Not what you, I or anyone or any other HC'ite thinks (retailers - always the last to know)
Not the news, but the Mkt's *reaction* to the news. That has always been the case in markets. It was never different And it was a bad reaction.
Down 17.7 % now.
Maybe it's a simple as buy the rumor, sell the news
No possible way to know.
Look for explanations and you'll go crazy.
