Their cash cost is over $5.50. That is significantly higher than CLQ. We have seen years ago the nickel price be significantly depressed (not saying that will happen) but naturally funders and the market is going to be gun-shy.
Run a NPV calculation on CLQ's assumed nickel and cobalt prices... You'll see what I mean. Its tight and highly leveraged to cobalt/nickel pricing. I am bullish on both of those short-mid term but you simply cant expect such demand holding up prices the next 25 years.
