Very nice expanded table, Rockyground. What is interesting is that these NPV economic calculations assume a discounting of future cashflows to the point that once you get past about 15 years, the cashflow is assumed to be worth very little.
In my view, the NPV model is ultra conservative and useful in terms of making economic decisions, but completely underplays the potential value which the market will ascribe in the future.
There will be far more exciting valuations down the track!!
