It’s not a surprise to me. Big Investor / Management will make sure that price won’t go above 10cent till 14th of December. Because they want to make sure small investor don’t participate in share purchase offer.
And leftover shares they will get it with free options.
Management and big Investor always play this type of game and make big of money.
