All that they've achieved with a PFS is to verify that the economics work, based on their own model, so they can keep the door open on the office and keep getting paid.
Next step after this, is multiple CR's as they continue to de-risk the mine enough to attract funding. Think EIS, mine approval, TO approval and all the bureacracy (and cost) that goes along with that. SP won't move much until one of those milestones are met and the semblance of progress is visible.
