I thought it was made clear when they decided to take the opportunity of doing this low cost and opportune method in the beginning. I for one have always seen it that way and not thought of it as some full on resource defining drill campaign. This is just another case of unresearched day traders wetting their pants again imo. It's definitely looking very promising for the future though, isn't it lads.
