    there was a no-spend policy implemented by RHC due to their Covid provision. The deal that was done is almost used up. The terms are 12 month initial run with 1600 licenses, there is then a 3 year part… if they use up all the licenses in 2 months then JHC needs to get RHC to sign off an extension. So it becomes a corporate finance issue.. the demand is very clearly driving the sign ups, they genuinely are signing up mums faster than roll out estimates, however JHC is part of a large corporate so it boils down to what the CFO will sign off on. Given there is a takeover under way it just clouds those decisions somewhat. Big takeaway is that it would appear to be full steam ahead from Perth.

    if RHC green lights new spend then it’s all the way with HMD, if not it’s capped at what was agreed to. Tricky place to find yourself in when it’s a company making opportunity. SOOOOOOOOO much potential held in place by reality of corporate governance.

    so close, so so close…. So far, just that bit further from grasp….. aaarrrrrgggghhhhhhhh lol
