But yeah, medical grade accuracy device that can be used anywhere. Those other ones are likely more peace of mind, sort of like how my phone camera can test my "stress levels".

Have you looked into the testing and accuracy of those other devices? Or if the plan is to have them tested and ultimately graded as medical devices?

If HeraBeat became physician / hospital use only, they lose a massive part of their value. All hospitals already have those machines. As I think @dunnomuch has said many times (sorry if this isn't totally accurate to your views), manufacturing costs of enough devices for every family to hold for the entire period could be a hurdle, though definitely not an inaurmountable one.
