just to clarify the license/device issue.. JHC have agreed to a limited number of licenses which in theory translate to a commensurate number of devices. Each device can be used for 6 months by 1 mum, then another mum for the next 6 months so 1 device equals 2 licenses. JHC is limited to 1600 licenses so 800 devices and is taking delivery of 200 this week. JHC have NOT been selective in who can sign up for the HeraCARE platform, every pregnant mum who signs up to have a baby at Joondalup gets access to HeraCARE even BEFORE needing to use the device! JHC will absolutely run out of licenses this year and possibly this FY...

Mednax, if they signed up in a major way so north of 15,000 devices/30,000 licenses then HMD would not have the cash to produce the HeraBEATS and there would have to be a raise of some sort.

The manufacturing costs for every family to have a HeraBEAT would be huge but if the mums are signed up and JHC is paying BEFORE needing the device then it would be able to be managed through cashflows.

The company's development and the share price are far from being in equilibrium... market couldn't care less about HMD. Apparently that s not the views of the midwives at Joondalup... dunno... I am more and more baffled by HMD
