not sure if 100% of the price is what the conversion price was? so if it was set at 50% of the conversion price it would have been 5.5c? That would make 100% worth 11c or the whole value of the conversion price. Therefore 200% is the 100% amount plus another 100% to equal 22c in total?
Personally I thought it meant 33c as well. I also naively assumed that things would go well so there would end up with a 1 for 2 option deal not a 1 for 1. Ultimately it has worked out as a bad deal for ALL shareholders as it is unnecessary dilution.
Give em hell Geffa! go for the shareholder accountability and take them to task if it is misrepresentation etc. Maybe see what Stephen Mayne says about it all? He's a very active critic of top down shareholding behaviours.
