This is the first open acknowledgement I've seen about the grades at Paguanta. I'm not strongly across general zinc grades, but the few people I've had feedback from have been unimpressed by the drilling reports. This is probably behind the muted response we had on the Australia market, and the time it has taken to stitch up a transaction.

So yes, this could be critically important news for our prospects of a decently remunerative transaction.

My take on the outlook here is:
1) We probably won't get a transaction until the Mintrex scoping study is completed. Potential acquirers will know the study is under way. They will want to see it before they make a commitment.
2) This finding will help by increasing Paguanta's attractiveness, and make for an earlier/better deal.
3) We probably won't see any lasting impact on the share price until an unconditional transaction is announced.
