Depends on the ground conditions, Mt Doreen tenement is under monsoonal rain/heat events at the moment, unfortunately. Drillers charges can be very costly for Mob/Demob charges, you book a rig to do a job on a fixed date and regardless of weather events you get slugged. Not very cost effective is it.
Better to get a rig crew going to a location where the water drainage is not so much an issue and start there, after MMP approval is done. The company is saving money by not locking in a drill contact in a tenement where there is low lying ground where rigs get bogged at the wrong time. Check the BOM weather forecasts for the Mount Doreen tenement.
As you can see the proposed Oonagalabi drill sites are well drained, from what I understand the track regrades are about to start, subject to weather. LMS is hell bent on cost savings, that works for me and other shareholders and yourself.
