Rubi I can see you haven't been around the traps very long. Are you kidding - as a very astute junior exploration operative told me about 40-50 years ago you never try to develop mines privately - it is high risk and that is the realm of public companies. You could ask Mark Creasy the same question -a billionaire - who still vends all his tenements into public companies.
Besides I recommend you read the terms of the acquisition of Pilbara Goldfields and Hamersley Metals both companies of which had many UK shareholders besides myself.
As for the adjacent areas -same dog same leg action - Research all the prospectors who have vended into public companies the last 150 years - its been done that way since the first gold finds in Australia in the 1800's -with London companies set up on every exciting gold discovery.
