You never want to read too much into CEO comments but "we believe this project can emerge as a company maker for Buxton" sounds good to me and suggest confidence that Buxton's 100% owned Graphite Bull project will produce high grade graphite able to be used in car batteries and that the amount of the graphite (and its grade) will make the project viable.
In contrast I note that Marty has made no comments in the (IGO related) drilling announcement updates for Copper Wolf and Dog Leg (Double Magic) since he has got the job. Why? Well I am pretty sure IGO clear these updates. My reading is IGO just want to state the facts and dont want any extra 'enthusiasm' from Marty in the commentary.
That would be a sensible approach if you valued prudence.
It would also be rational if you did not wish the BUX share price to rise unnecessarily, so you could buy the company more cheaply.
