I am a disappointed with DROs retail cash grab (ask for 3 million but take 26 million). It is sign of management mindset and quality. While there is fair chance that DRO will soar or get a takeover offer, I will be looking to offload DRO sooner than I had planned. Quality of top management is a big factor in small caps specially where there is a bit of froth.
