Does anyone on this forum have experience with chapter 7 of ASX listing rules referring to issue of capital. My understanding is the the company needs shareholder approval if it is to issue more than 15% of present ordinary shares on issue. I can see no shareholder approval, and 133 Million shares is more than 15% of thr 487 million shares before the raise. Is the figure 487 million correct?
