Personally, I hope you are right...I was not entitled to the SPP and paid 32.5 for mine. I think the board could have taken double the expected SPP and scaled back some. However, to me, this is a smart move and good for investors. I means less CR down the road and a great looking balance sheet for instos.
I will be a buyer 31 and lower.
