Congratulations to Ian and the Directors,
Good funding boost and done with respect to the retail SHolders. Great example to a lot of other mining companies..................and gives me confidence for future fair returns to all investor with what's ahead.
To those loyal holders who were unable financially to take part in this fund raise, don't despair, I have been in that same position for the greater part of my 50 years of mining investment, but slowly learnt, that to achieve the best return on investment in small caps, real growth is the best driver, not flash in the pan drill hits.... The growth in all miners has to be funded, and that's either share issues or bank debt, or combination of both. Be comforted in the knowledge that this small cap has demonstrated very carefully planned growth, amazing drilling value per $ spent, that has attracted and kept some of IMO the top quality of corporate investment rarely achieved in small cap miners of this size. Again - thanks to Ian's careful but determined manner.
The fact that you may not have not been able to add proportionally to your holding, is IMO similarly offset by the real increased value each share you hold should now additionally have every opportunity to make real growth as we head for production, remembering we are all powerless when markets hit unexpected volatility. While dilution is a factor, it is more damaging in exploration companies that keep drawing on shareholders becos bankers won't funded, and show no growth - unfortunately that's the bigger number on junior miners on the ASX.
STN is now beyond that stage of development, but will need more funding to become a producer - congratulations to all holders for finding a value for money company in the right sector at the right time - doesn't happen too often - so enjoy what I hope will be the next 12 months of exciting, real growth for all those invested here.
Advanced appols for perhaps an "egg sucking" post for some, but IMO this really is a great announcement for all to share ...
Good health & wealth to all. RC.
