This is very encouraging on two counts.
1) Viaro are clearly determined to develop the SNS into something bigger.
2) Shell and Exxon leaving, stage left is just putting more pressure on these muppet politicians to sort this EPL mess out, if they want ANY tax revenue at all by 2028. The optics look awful for Labour on this right now. In the last couple of months Exxon, Chevron, ENI and (I suspect) shortly, Total, have decided to bail on the North Sea.
