I tend to agree that the market needs something to grab hold of. At the moment investors are focused on Labour policies and not being shown options, which they clearly have.
Perhaps, once the licenses are finalised, we will get more meat on the bone. Frankly, anything other that "we wait for clarity from Labour" would be a bonus.
