Yes GAM have first right but I would think even so both companies would like to formalise proceedings. PLS to know that the tantalite is accounted for and GAM to know they have their supply chain locked down if they want the product.
A pre-emptive claim doesn't mean done and dusted. We can have a BOA even if it is with GAM stating volume, conditions and any pricing structure. Even if that is prices will be set based on future market conditions as we have done for our lithium
