Executive Director, Gary Fietz, commented: “The outstanding results from recently completed hole ZS162 are amongst the best on record at Severn and include a significantly higher-grade and thicker intercept of the upper (202) ore zone in southern Severn than predicted by the current Mineral Resource model, highlighting a potential high-grade zone within the upper (202) ore zone in southern Severn”.

“These results finish off a highly successfully Phase 2B drilling campaign at the Severn deposit and are expected to contribute significantly to increasing the Heemskirk Tin Project Indicated Mineral Resource Estimate. The Company anticipates releasing an updated MRE for the project in late August 2023.”

Great timing, especially if Myanmar Wa State which represents over 10% of Tin supply + a chuck of China's concentrates, carry's through with its firm stance on tin mining suspension as of tomorrow, August 1.Recognising that they aren't making money (nobody is) and have been fooled into a decade of resource wastage, could this be the end of their unsustainable mining practices, environmental pollution, and worker safety concerns in that country?

Meanwhile, Stellar’s Heemskirk Tin asset still ticks all the boxes:

• highest grade (undeveloped) Tin deposit in Australia – second highest globally
• located in a mining jurisdiction, with low sovereign risk
• significant existing infrastructure (close to railway which is connected to a port)
• access to the states 100% renewable power, and water
• local in-town workforce including, the home of the Bay of Fire's series.
• scoping study completed
• mining licence, including tailings (Tasmanian government support)
• additional exploration upside including silver, gold, base metals
  

All this provides robust economics for a highly viable future. This is before we get the MRE update, due next month.
