- Low EV
- Buy at or below where directors/brokers are set
- Must have significant milestones coming that will generate sizable market interest (and liquidity)
- Credible mgmt
- Real-deal product that has a transparent pathway to commercialisation
At 2c, BD1 had all of these things. It still does but obviously the cheap seats are gone and the re-rate has begun.
