Well, they are. They already said they are going to a further 40T per week during 2019.

Like you say, the cost to increase capacity from here now they are pulling significant profits is immaterial so they don’t need to raise capital or let us know whether they are planning further increases right now.

All this chatter continues to be solely focused on powder capacity as well - the dispersion capacity output is more than this - so simply doing revenue calculations off powder alone will leave you under-doing it by a significant factor. Historically dispersions have been (and continue to be) the main revenue source. Most of the dispersions are only ~50% powder in terms of volume of finished product that is shipped and billed per kg/t.
