Prospectus arrived today. Is my understanding of the offer correct (assuming applying for minimum offiering). $3,000 worth of shares at $0.24 totaling 12,500 units. With this you also receive 6,250 (1 for 2) option shares at $0.36 exercisable before 30/06/2021 or 12 months after date of issue. With the options no payment is required until you decide you want to exercise option?
