I think a company is allowed just shy of 20% over that and need to go for a takeover IMHO

I Did not think the share price of this would fall so fast , surprised the ASX has not asked the company for a please explain on the share price drop .
Directors would have to be looking at buying in at these prices if they considered the share price undervalued so I am expecting a notice from the ASX in the next few days if that is the case
