Interesting to see, I actually made an appointment.
From first glance, the whole process seems like it could be reduced & costs reduced if they skipped the orthodontic part... Surely there could be a way on which you have a Universal fit or similar to what some mouth guards do (Put I'm boiling water so it's soft, then once it's cooled down bite into it and let it cool and the mould forms)
Looks like they haven't performed over the years it seems.
