    Ive been told their plant is knackered/old and been starved of Cap ex over the last decade. Sounds like really poor asset/capital management. Needs a full rebuild. They have also mined the cream and their strip ratio is now poor hence margins are horrible. If this is true, hard to see any real residul value there
