    No, the strip ratio is not good, 8-metre intercept at a depth of 32 meters. Ideally, it should be 1:1. They are also claiming that these are ionic REE, but to my knowledge they haven't done metallurgical testing let alone an ammonium sulfate leach, so extremely misleading to say that.
