I think you are mistakening soil sampling with rockchip sampling and therefore expected lithium grades.

With soil sampling, if the result is anywhere near 100ppm then the land package or the targeted anomaly is considered as highly prospective for lithium discovery.




Mt Holland Earl Grey lithium deposit (KINMAN RESOURCES LTD) had soil sampling of 60ppm and was later discovered as one of the biggest lithium deposits in Australia around 6-7 years ago. It was later taken over by Wesfarmers, valuing the project at the time of around $1.7bil even before lithium price made spectacular gains in the years later.







REACH RESOURCES RR1 has average soil sampling of 127ppm.





ZENITH MINERALS had 117ppm soil sampling result and it was hailed as a major new lithium
result.







SO, FOR SOIL SAMPLING, 100PPM IS CONSIDERED AS STRONG RESULT.

70ppm-80ppm is considered as OK result.
