What on earth are you on about? Traders will trade price senstive announcements. Always have always will. Just because the trading is annoying you doesn't make it a pump and dump or make it illegal. There simply isn't enough investment (buy and hold) interest in this stock to sustain an upward price movement. It's just being traded like every other nano-cap stock when a price sensitve announcement is released
