I dont see how they can attribute $100 million to goodwill and brand names, obviously the $120 million in liabilities is accurate. Im glad im not the Commonwealth bank loan assesor who sitting on a $40 million loan with that for security. Are they still in the pet insurance industry as they were talking that up at one stage but really cant see how they can make it work. Even there core business is only a shadow of what it used to be.
I dont seem to see any buyers interested in propping up the buy side at any price. $5000 buy depth pretty sad on whats supposed to be a $70 million company
