Announcement says the raising was oversubscribed with strong demand from existing shareholders and new institutional investors. The existing shareholders that got to participate are no doubt the same mugs who sent share price down 20% a few days before the announcement. What a joke and they should have pursued a placement where all existing shareholders could participate rather than just those who are happy to manipulate price for their own gain.
