    It was done that way for transparency, advising ‘funders’ of the amount to be down sold and the reason for doing it at this time as well as ensuring the parcel could be placed into secure hands. IMO

    I don’t think they are too worried about a few pips

    Perhaps the above, and what samstunning has relayed contributes to WHY the SP closed at 69?
