I heard Blackrock and CQS amongst a few other names that I cannot recall. Note that this was "broker talk" and I cannot vouch for the accuracy, nor do I have any colour on which specific funds were involved.



Regarding the director sell-down:

Selling in the placement was the most transparent method - all investors that participated in the placement did so with full knowledge of the director sell-down. If they sold on market during the day or on subsequent days, they may have achieved a higher price but it would have sent investors (including many here) into a panicked frenzy when they subsequently disclosed their sales. They did the right thing and they likely knew they were leaving money on the table. All IMO.
