Yes, although in the 5 years I've been following Golden Rim they've only done one consolidation (last year) and infrequently raise capital. They've always been good at monetising their assets and discoveries, even though the big one that develops into a mine has never materialised.

This is the first raise they've ever done that has produced anywhere near this shocking level of dilution. Also, every other major raising has always included retail shareholders as well as the "sophs".

It feels different to the past in a lot of ways.

I sincerely hope that whatever it is they expect pans out.
