I have been looking at GMR lately...

There is a lot to like - Mcap / potential JORC coming up which if target achieved or surpassed would make this company very cheap....Hence it looks like a buy here

I like that it has had a consolidation recently. Lowish number of shares issed - good structure. However this poses a few questions...

Seems strange that they would dilute the crap out of the stock just post consolidation, especially considering imminent news that could initiate a re rate??

The positive of course is that a group (hartleys) were confident enough to throw 3.5 mill at them....


Id like the opinion of holders who have been around for a while

My main concern is directors and management.

These guys appear to have been around since 2007 (incl the MD)

Why will it be any different this time around?

It seems that they oversaw the company while it blow out its register to the tune of about 3billion shares?

It really is a terrible look this recent raise...Like they just have not learned any lessons over the last decade.

Perhaps they are looking after Hartleys for past or future support?

Either way, I like the project and they look cheap.
