The CEO is based in Ghana. Astute mining industry investor Ian Middlemas has just participated in a recent placement in September 2015. Ian was integral in the development of Papillion Resource's 4m+ oz gold project in Mali taking the company from a value of around A$20m to A$450m when it merged with a Canadian miner in 2014. No doubt Ian can see some similarities between Papillion and Cardinal.
