i definitely can appreciate the low spend on drilling when it is not needed.... plenty of competitors and other mining stocks that have spent plenty (and CR after CR to do so) to prove up a monster resource that there willl never be a monster demand for....
in comparison... WKT has spent very little with less dilution (maybe more accurate a few weeks ago) knowing they could drill more when the market demand is greater...
a very good approach in my eyes.... but, not an obvious approach to those that just vaguely look at resource size only....
