Hahaha. SH's wait all this time for some decent SP activity after years of patience and the soph's/insto's come along and get a 50% discount. WKT you're a joke. Of course it was heavily oversubbed if you said to someone "im offering you shares at 10.1 when the SP is 19.5" they'll laugh in your face and take you up on it for a quick buck. Assuming SP doesn't tank back to sub 10c. SH's get shafted again with excessive dilution. Before you know it WKT will be back over 1 billion SOI haha.
