If we are to get our full $15 K each it means only 133 of us can apply. As such Im starting a list for the company. First 133 get their full allocation and can be the only ones to apply. I think it's the only fair way. Plus people won't have to worry about applying for 15 k having their money tied up to have 14k returned.
