SN14 your raise a good point.
perhaps if enough SPP subscribers ring the company and let them know they believe a full allocation is fair and reasonable then the company will have good reason to hold on to the money.
If they had kept the last SPP funds today's raising would not be necessary.
Note they do not have to send any excess back.
