so any thoughts on the spin out?. My thoughts:
1) can't see reason to do this as a fair bit has been spent on this resource and there is a distinct value if past ANN's can be relied on so why not keep it here and look at also developing it;
2) is it another way of getting more investors and therefore just dollar driven?;
3) concern at the interrelationships that may be created;
just doesn't make sense to my inexperienced way of looking at things!

My thoughts : Sbr have some pretty good assets in Australia, no 1 being the Sherlock Bay nickel/cu/co
project; the ( hopefully ) gold conglomerate tenements nearby; and the vanadium tenements. Maybe they can see a partnership here or even a sellout. Once the review on 2004 jorc , the feaseability studies along with the BFS is completed they would be in a better position to choose. I thought we would have had news of the jorc 2012 by now, they have had Feb, Mar, April, May and part of June.
Proposed spin out for African assets, that way they still have an exploration company which is what this company is all about so far.
The sherlock bay project is the reason I invested.
Could they take this project thru the development stage into production???
Up in the air for me, just taking it as it comes.
Just my thoughts, maybe wishful thinking.
