I agree with Gordobre. Sanjay has been fighting to get NBR off the ground for ages, even through the io price crashes (2 since NBR got underway). I think (hope) it will be running by June. The price is good and the LUPAA limits the amount of time EPA and Councils can drag their feet at this point.
