shocker. further reading between the lines: delays with NBR so we need to raise money to keep doing things. nbr was supposed to be paying Shree's exploration by now, but I wonder if we won't be hiring another consultant to address the EPA submisson's concerns...
My sentiment is none as I am not sure what to think...
