Also raising $50m to then hold as a performance bond, with that cash just sitting there and then coming back to EOS, makes no sense at all. What a lazy way to use your balance sheet. Cant we jsut get a performance bond guarantee from a Bank or insurance company rather than raising $50m in cash?
