In regards to the recent CR, in the latest Q&A from the LTIG, DW makes an interesting point that Burgundy do not have all their funding in place as of yet.
So looks like 88e might have needed the extra for cover. Might be a case of a mate just helping out a mate, I'm sure we've all done it
